Boost surging on WORKS flash

I've sent a few email into to WORK, with the dyno sheets. Oliver said some one would get back to me, but no go.

I'm getting boost surges that is changing the torque curve to look like the boost curve.
The boost looks like "~".
The car has a WORKS flash, turbo back.

What should I check? The car has about 15kmi.

I really expected better service from WORKS. I paid a premium for your parts, and just a little bit of service would be nice.

Your best bet is to call WORKS. I've had problems getting in touch with them via e-mail but on the phone it's always great service! You can find their phone number at www.worksevo.com

I'm going to upload the chart.

This is Works response.....

Sorry that we didn't get back to you sooner, but we lost a server on Tuesday and have been trying to get caught up ever since.

One thing that Pete (the head engineer) immediately noticed is that the Dyno runs were started at 3500rpm, which is a big problem. The dyno needs a full sweep from 1000rpm and up to build boost properly, since 3500rpm is right around the torque peak.

The other thing that we would do here at the shop is a leak down test to make sure that non of the components (intercooler piping, BOV and Intake piping) are not leaking pressure out of the system. This can also make a huge difference in terms of seeing 17psi versus 20psi.

However, we would suspect the Dyno in this situation that the sweep was not done properly.

Hope this helps, but please don't hesitate to call us if you have any other comments and/or questions.

Ya 3500 is peak torque, you need to start your run around 2000 in 3rd on a 5 spd or 4th in a 6spd.
