The WORKS P2 actually richens the mixture as rpms rise. In addition, the stock fuel pump is perfectly suited to handle up to 350hp with all stock turbo applications. With the stock fuel pump, the duty cycle remains at stock levels.
As a result, we only recommend upgrading the fuel pump and or injectors when you move to a larger turbo.
We have tested 100's of Evo's over the last few years. With a proper ECU tune, the stock turbo does not require upgraded fuel pump or injectors. In fact, these items may cause your Evo to run poorly.
Many (non-engineered based)tuners require these items due to inefficient engine management and dated piggyback systems that can't control air/fuel or even boost efficiently.
Hope this helps answer your concerns, Kirk
