Very nice stuff!

Sched40 is complete overkill though. Makes for a pretty heavy manifold and having to run more heat to get full penetration. I built my first manifold with Sched40 though. It was a heafty SOB but man was it stout!

you want alota heat in these manifolds. Sch10 brakes down faster and cracks. thats why all of full races manifolds are Sch40. so i dont think its over kill

Agreed, but for the majority of manifolds, Sched10 will suffice. Almost all of full-race's manifolds have quite long runners, as does yours it looks like. So heat could be an issue. Either way they look good

ive been mig welding for 4 years and tiging for 1 year. i was a tatto artist for 4 years so it has alot to do with how quickly i learned. thanks
