Warning Non-Evo "First Header"

Hey this is the first header that I made for my 2000 si, I now drive a evo 8. Anyway let me know what you think.

The Collector all welded up

I got caught up in the fabrication and forgot to take more pics




And after it was coated and installed!

it was about $275 in materials, the coating and the time put into would be the expensive part. You can't see it from the outside but I ported and sanded everything that I could to improve airflow and remove anything that could cause turbulence. I also made sure that everything had a smooth transition. I ended up making 315whp 205lb ft. on a 1.6L on 10psi.
