Something i'm working on, 30r/35r tial v-band manifold
Here is the start. Just got the collector fabbed up and tacked together. Decided to snap a few pictures along the process so you can get an idea how much work really goes into making one of these. Obviously I skipped all the math, jigs, and cutting it takes to get the pieces just right to fit. The collector is just tacked up, so welding/porting/blending is all yet to take place.

Looks really nice. The collector is one of the most pain in the rear parts of making a manifold.
Bevel those pieces before ya tack them next time, you will thank me later.

i see poor fittment on runner #2. why is it not even tacked? looks pretty good besides that. did you build a jig to brake each runner off? if so why has every runner been welded to the collecter and head flange but runner #2? keep it updated
