#2 is tacked on the bottom you just can't see it. The pictures are kind of diceaving, #2 isn't fit poor. It is ever so slightly to the right of the port but the picture makes it look worse then it is. The pipe does not go past the head port, I know it looks like it in the picture but it's mis-leading. Once I get that runner welded then them all back-welded you will see that the fit was good.

We built a jig for fitment of the head flange and collector, then ran the runners. I documented the runner pieces in order as they are fairly simple. It may change slightly if I were to re-make it, but 98% of the time it would be exact.

Finished it up tonight!! I think it turned out great. Fits perfect, easy to install, and doesn't look to bad if i don't say so myself!

Posted up a little better quality pictures, and to show that the stock radiator, stock hose, and stock fan still fits even with a 4" intake!
