the start of an sr20 with an evo9 turbo

so today i decided to put an evo9 turbo on my friends 240sx with an s15 sr20. i worked on it for like 30min today. made one collector. the sr turbos suck and its slow. so we decided on the 9 turbo because i had a flange and turbo laying around. i want the manifold done by the end of this weekend. lets see

im hoping for some good numbers. the bottom end was rebuilt and the head is ported and polished with cams, etc. the cars gutted with a cage so its pretty lite

May I ask were you got your flanges as I am thinking about using a Evo turbo on non Evo myself?

what kind of flange you looking for? check straight line specialties there on here

Looks awesome. You should post some pics of the engine bay setup. My neighbor is build an Mitsu powered 82 Corolla for drag. I'll post a thread about it when I get a chance to take picks.

i have alot of pics i need to put up. we decided to take the head off and change the headgasket. the collector is made. but seriously this is going to be a hard manifold to make. i cant wait till its done and on the road. i have to modify the o2 housing too. ill post pics tomorrow.
