Looks great. I really can wait to see how this turns out cause my friend has a 240 w sr20 and this would be be a good alternate to the gt28 upgrade.

If its from an 05 it already has the 10.5 hotside its only 03 and 04 that have the 9.8 hotside.

Yeah, pairing the cylinders wrong will make the turbo spool worse and you will lose overall power potential. Good call there.

The car has been on the road. Still needs a good tune. The owner put alittle rtv on the front cover because it'll leak oil without it. I will post pics tomorrow of the car.
