Top mount manifold

I've been making this for my track car... uses TiAl V-Band exhaust housings (have both GT30 & GT35 for this car)... still have to do wastegate and downpipe...

material is .065 321 stainless with mixture of 3" CLR and 4" CLR tubing and all runners lengths are within 1/8".

Looks like a good 6-10k rpm power band on that 30r. Nice burns collector, you goin to brace the manifold at all? Especially since yours will be under constant heat and weight.

With all those added sensors, I'm guessing you will be utilizing a more "complex" ECU like Motec or Pectel.

Car looks to have some good money invested into it. Nice work!

motec m800 (drive by wire, lambda, adv functions), pdm16 x2, mdc, sdl (with pro logging)... all vehicle functions operated by steering wheel mounted switches and all ecus communicate on dedicated CANBUS

i had a SQ6, but i ended up selling it... I built another car over the winter with multiple MoTeC units on a CANBUS and once i saw what i could do (with ease) with functionality I decided to swap out the SQ6 for the M800... it makes turn signals, emergency startup, autostartup, being able to turnoff functions when racing or in transit very straight forward...

Man. I can get somebody to suck your dick for some parts if you want. I love the manifold and the shifter relocated back. Being a tall guy I have thought about fabricating something like that to where it sits about 6-8" back.
