I like mine. It was reasonably priced and the controller has the wires to hook up a wastegate safety solenoid. I use the Snow Performance safeinjection wastegate solenoid. There are a few posts regarding the AEM kit in the water/alcohol injection forum. You could probably get some good opinions there.

Really? I haven't heard that. Actually it seems like I remember reading a post where a guy on here called AEM and they said that the kit could run 100%, but they recommend 50/50. I'll see if I can dig it up.

Mine didn't, but I got it like 2 weeks after AEM released it. Still I don't believe it comes with one now either. The controller has the wires for you to use one though. Like I said in my previous post, I use Snow's wastegate solenoid with mine.

I run 100% Meth in my AEM Kit, no problem. I have the 5 gallon tank option which no other company is advertising. There are multiple warning signals to indicate malfunctions, but you'll want to mate up a physical failsafe. Just like Tryx wrote above, I use a Snow Performance Wastegate Solenoid as well (52$). Easily wires right in...green on the AEM controller to either black wire on the Snow's solenoid.
Good Kit!

I used this a lot and its reliable. I like the fact that it comes with a bigger tank, fail safe and warning light. For me its the most complete kit for it's price. Plus its made by a reputable company.

aem meth
i dont recomend this kit. i had it on my 06, installed by a reputable company and i dont know if it was the company or aem itself but it made my motor hydrolock. its a progressive kit so it was only supposed to actuate after 10lbs but as soon as i turned the key to the on position the pump was turning on. so as my turbo timer was counting down meth was building up and then my motor locked. the company wouldnt take blame neither would aem. took the kit off as soon as i could, got it retuned and with my new tune thanks to jester feels like i never took the meth off. its all he say she say so its up to you.

My shop AMS-MD recommends this kit, so i was thinking of it myself...It does not come with a failsafe, you'll have to buy one yourself, like the guys using the snoperformance one...Said it would put down about 420 o the stock IX turbo

good luck trying to get the turbo to hold 30psi to redline...
your not gonna install the kit, tune and instantly have 420 to the wheels...
