Water Kit on completely stock

I have a stock 2003 evo, I have a drop in filter and boost gauge, can I install a water/alcohol kit and see 20 whp+ ? and with a tune get 40-50 whp+? Its my daily driver so I just want some Hp gains.

A good meth kit will run you around 1k installed plus another $4-500 for a dyno-tune unless you have someone that can tune it for less. If you are only after 20-50whp, just get a turbo back exhaust, mbc, and a tune...there is no real reason to go with a meth set-up for what you are after.

Ben J is right on.

Additionally, with out a tune and meth you will loose power.
