Direct Port 100% H20, Proof of being the ultimate Injection!
Im still seeing threads and questions regaurding which mixture is the "best" even after the sticky up top was written lol. So I will just have to prove how water can really work. With the help of Richard L at Aquamist and the new HFS-6 kit being released soon, I will be doing a full test of this new system, and with that going for the ultimate power on 100% water.
I have upgraded Okada Coil packs so spark wont be an issue.
Jets x's 4 are special order 0.3MM delivering 98cc per min.
Water will be 100% distilled. Tests will be on a Mustang Dyno, Before and after.
Here is a sneak peak:
I have more pics to post but going to wait for the results, Just know its on a 2.3L with Gt35R twinscroll.
Thanks
Evan Smith

Evan,
I swear I mentioned this at least 2 years ago when I first saw it on a Dodge SRT-4 at SIR from Justin. He use to have a Blue SRT-4 then he purchased a blue Evo 9 (he was from Tucson). It is a great idea to actually do it (you) and not just say it(me). I think it is an excellent idea and it is the typical project for someone like you with a lot of ambition that don't just settle for a standard set up. By the way,PM me your e-mail, I got to send you a couple of pictures on my Vette license plate..

Carlos! Hi buddy! PM'd
Yes SRT4's are doing it as its very easy to remove there intake mani, however without a EMS its worthless.
You have to fully tune, and I think most srt guys use some meth (literally lol hahaha).
Once my car is done I wanna run that Z06! I think a 2.3L 35R should be a worthwhile race eh? lol

this is interesting. I'm running alcohol now and I recently went through rings, with alcohol being the possible culprit.

Yeah, the idea of putting the nozzles individuallly is great because of the equal distribution of the mixture. Yeah, your 2.3l+gt35 against my Z06 sounds like fun, we just need a lot of road because I don't think neither me or you will pull easily on each other...
Take care and check your private e-mail. I sent you some pics.

but if one of the nozzles, clog and fail it can cause a big problem!! You could put all 4, or one large one on manifold.

Sweet! Good thing you live in an area that never gets cold enough to freeze your injection fluid of choice

True!!! I forgot to mention that. you could always add a bit of alcohol or meth to keep the water from freezing!

Yes I dont have to worry about freezing, and I have a lot of dry heat! East costers need and should add methonal during the winter months, but I hope your really not driving the Evos when its that cold lol.
I will be running 2 filters, not to mention only distilled water, clogging will not be an issue. Plus I will be running a Aquamist HFS-6 kit so no worries! One big jet in the IM will not distribute the water evenly it has to be direct port. The jets almost have a direct shot at the valves so I will be getting full water droplets into the engine. This is when a good ignition system comes in handy.
Carlos, Gearing will be my doom in a roll race you will clearly pull better. However it should be intresting up until that point lol.

The water should vaporize there shouldn't be any dropplets? I love taking the EVO's out in cold weather snow is a blast, it's like a high speed snowplow LOL.
I want to see your results I have an SMC Alcky/water kit and I use it all the time due to running 30 lbs of boost. I upgraded my little tank to a 5gal fuel cell. It lasts for a few fillups. I use alot of alcohol and I am a bit concerned about the adverse effects of alcohol. Wouldn't the water cause some corrosion aswell?
