Do you spary 100% meth right now or 50/50? It looks like corrosion (water and brass dont like eachother, oxidation) to me which may be from 50/50 or water in the washer fluid that you have used before....

I ran 100% meth on my stock ic pipes and my aftermarkets for much longer and I have no signs of corrosion, there or in my pump for that matter.

The water may be the issue as I said before if you are running it with water then you may have corossion on the brass nozzle because of the oxidation. Left over meth/water mixture may be pulled out of the line while at idle and turning the car off and just sitting there for a period of time...... Im not saying that I'm 100% right but it makes sense as a possability.....

The coloring on the outside of the pipe looks like dye from washer fluid. Possible a very small amount is seeping past threads of nozzle and elbow and leaving a stain.

Inside of pipe looks like hard water deposits from minerals that might be in the fluid you used.

Are you taping your boost reference source before or after TP? If before, try moving controller boost reference to after TP. You will see faster off time of spray when TP closes. Else when TP closes you still have boost for a spit second before BOV opens which would explain the reverse flow you are describing.

Best regards,

Dan

The green stuff is called verdigris. Thats what happens when copper brass or bronze are exposed to water. It is nothing really. Use SS nozzles and it wont happen.

ya sucks that the labonte kit came with brass. I will order a stainless one. thanks everyone. Also will never use windshield cleaner fluid due to the quality of water they use and that dye. I use 100% distilled water and Methonal.
hope my thread helps others.

1. green stuff is from whatever fluid being used
2. your nozzle is leaking, pressure test and check for leaks
3. no way a 60/40 mix is going to cause corrosion after a few months. I've been using 100% for years and been through 1 pump that was corroded.
4. always mix meth/solution w/ distilled water

what does "TP" stand for? The only things I can think of are tail pipe, test pipe, throtte position sensor, and toilet paper...
