Here are the wires that are tapped at the ECU.
Power Wire tapped into Pin 59 (Evo IX) which is Red/Gold
Fuel IDC Trigger is tapped to Pin 2 which was actually Red.
Ground Wire is tapped into Pin 58

I have an Evo 9 which would be Pin 59. The wiring diagram has Pin 25 for Evo VI, VII, VIII. This being the power wire of course.

Ground wire is tapped to Pin58 for Evo9. For 6,7,8 it's Pin 13.

One thing I never mentioned is that I don't have a 3a Fuse on the +12v switched power wired that is tapped into the ECU.(Pin59)

It looks right, However those bud connectors have caused probs for me before. Unplug the ecu and solder those down, that will only help.

oh.... I think we found a winner. I keep spare fuses around because they have blown. Random surges I guess, That would fry that board for sure, Get that installed.

Okay so I mapped out directions to your zip and it says about 2hrs. and 117 miles. Is there any chance that we could start this early in the day? Maybe 8am or so?

Well it's 2:30pm here and I'm supposed to be waking up at 5:00pm to get up for work so I'm gonna go to bed. I hate night work. Just so I can make the most of my time I'm going to take pictures of everything that's installed on the car while I'm waiting for Richard's parts. I'm talking the Pump Assembly, Relay, HSV, Flow Sensor, MAC Valve....etc. Hopefully this helps a little to clear some things up.
