DDS3 adjustment
When tuning the dds3 injection window the B always stays lit under boost no matter how I adjust the WL & WH. If I over adjust the settings the B will go off when the system is not in use, but it will still light up under activation (WOT). I have the factory boost solenoid wired in correctly and if I turn the dds3 off I only get wastegate boost, but I can’t get the failsafe to cut boost under load.
Recap: Set correctly the B is always lit, regardless of the system being triggered or not.
Set up incorrectly the B only lights up when the system is triggered, and the shuts off when I let off the throttle.
Should the B light up under load regardless of the WL & WH settings?

"B" led denotes High boost or aggressive MAP.
The moment the system triggers, the B led will come on. It will continue to hold unless:
1. The DDS3 is switched off
2. When the flow is outside the WL and WH window after triggering.
The "B" led should stay off during non-boost conditions.
Please follow the procedure below to set the DDS3 failsafe:
1. Set the "SC" untill the gauge reads about 5-6 bars
2. Set the "WL" to ~6 clicks from fully counter-clockwise
3. Set the "WH" to ~6 clicks from fully clockwise.
The above setting gives you a very wide failsafe window.
4. Baby step the "WL" clockwise until the "B" trip out or expecience boost drop. Then wind back two clicks.
5. Do the same for the "WH" but narrow the upper window trip by winding the WH trimmer counter-clockwise until you experience boost drop of "B" led drops out. ADvance the "WH" 2 clicks clockwise.
Let me know the result.

Here is my situation:
WL=full counter clockwise & WH=full clockwise B stay lit all the time.
WL=full clockwise & WH full counter clockwise B lights up when system is triggered and shuts off when system is inactive.

When WL is wound fully counter clockwise, it will active the "B" led. You must advance it about 5 clicks for the "B" led to go away. This is because the WL sensed the flow sensor default out voltage of 0.53V.
Please advance the WL five clicks until or until the "B" led goes off. We will be modifying the WL minimum range to correct this.

Ok I went out and finally got it working correctly, but I believe my system might be calibrated incorrectly. I set the gauge to read 6 bars when activated then turned the WL 1 click at a time. I finally turned the WL as far as it would go clockwise and the B never went off. Leaving the WL at full clockwise I then started turning the SC counter clockwise. The B finally went off when the gauge displayed 3 bars, I bumped it up 1 bar and the B lit up again so I left it that way.
I feel the gauge should have more adjustment than this. I know its just cosmetic, but I would like to have more bars lit up when the system is activated.

Can you chack the voltage of pin 14 and 15 (relative to ground) for me so that I have an idea what your flow sensor calibration setting is.

I'm using a 1mm jet. I'll get my volt meter out this weekend and report my findings.

It appear the flow sensor is at the maximum sensitive. Can you let me know the serial number of the sensor?

If I were to push the button on the DSS3 Gauge (to the off position), that should trigger my failsafe solenoid and only allow me to run wastegate pressure right?
With the button off, the system won't spray meth at WOT right?

Correct, no spray, no high boost when the bottom is on the off position.
