alky vs meth

Does METH dissolve carbon buildup- and keep plugs, valves, and combustion chambers clean like the denatured alky.

Im going to get tuned for 100% meth. I just want more info before I get tuned.

Thanks

nothing dissolves carbon....

i think its the steam generated from combustion and other reaction that does the cleaning

For years steam-air decoking has been referred to as the best method and the "norm" of coke removal. Steam-air decoking involves firing the heater/furnace to high temperatures and blasting steam air through the tubes to thermally crack the coke deposits.
