moving forward with ethanol injection

Got my rail built today. I used an old dsm fuel rail and chopped it down. Welded some brackets on so it is easily removable from pipe to pipe. Can be used on steel or aluminum 2.5 pipe. Decided to use regulator, makes more sense than not using one.

Thats pretty damn cool, I like that a lot. Do you have a part number on the HKS controller, I was using the SMT-6 as a 5th injector controller for my Aquamist HSV, Perfect Power referred to this type of setup as a "Turbo Fueler" and I'm interested in how HKS approached this.

4204-ra005 is part number. Not sure they are still available. I found this one new on e-bay for 250$. The controller can control 1-4 injectors. Uses a 3 bar map. Has two curves to adjust injection. One map based, the other is rpm based. Should work really well. Greddy made an AIC as well. Technology that has been around along time. just finding a new use for it.

I am going to use a hobbs switch to turn on pump at 2psi. Then start injection around 5 psi. Gonna use dsm 450cc injectors or evo 560s. Both are cheap. this system will be as reliable as primary fuel system. No need for failsafe.
