just installed a HFS-5 system last week using twin 6 quart flambeau tank. IMO they are a little too big and require some trimming of the mounting sides of the tank to mount properly. twin 5 quart tanks will be better.

ok I am lost now. So before I ask If the mac valve is needed, I need to ask what exactly it does. It's a failsafe I understand, correct? how so?

when there is injection failure or when power to the system is off, the mac36 valve, which is put between the turbo nipple ( high pressure side) and the wastegate line (low pressure side), will send all the boost pressure to the wastegate, opening it up and prevent you from building boost above ~12psig on a stock setup

Any pics on the install? Also how did everything go? I will buy on of these kits someday soon. Your thoughts on the system?

Before everyone rush to get a MAC valve, please note that if your car is fitted with a factory BC valve or any electronic boost valve, you don't need the MAC valve to action the failsafe.
You only need the MAC valve if you have a MBC valve (Manual Boost Control valve)
There are two types of MBC valve, I will make another drawing for that a bit later.

owner will post pics in a few days
at the end of the install, i powered the system using a 12vdc unswitched-system stayed on, moved the power wire to a 12vdc switched and fixed problem
this system is extremely well engineered, very well thought out down to individual component level(pump, flow sensing failsafe, mode of injection delivery) The ultimate WAI technology

Abner - were the wiring pinouts I provided incorrect or did you just try wiring it to something else before hand?
