How big are your injectors?
What duty cycle do you typically see throughout your rev range?
Are you going to run 100% meth, water, etc...?

Ok that's cooling mists recommendation... many companys make many kinda of jets. Big small and with different spray paterns. My question is what spray patern is best and what company makes it.. And what size do I need.

I think every company provide jets that have a cone shaped spray pattern. Some might have a wider angle cone but I think most companies provide fairly similar jets. Your best bet is to use Coolingmist jets as they will probably hook up to your system easily.

use 2 smaller jets spaced apart than 1 big one. distribution and better atomization can be achieved
