i wouldnt , your car must fly as it is, you'll keep pushing the stock block till it blows.

Lots of people push it harder on C16. Running alchy and 100oct is about the same darn thing.

I would be happy with 400whp.

with C16, you are basically unlimited to the amount of boost can run, providing your injectors can keep up with the demand at that boost level.

We have run over 42psi on mustangs with C16 and Supra's i've seen 80PSI on C16 Yes i said 80PSI!

Buschur is pushing 30#'s and even a bit higher on straight pump, no alky. I don't understand how he does it and what type of tuning parameters he is using, so yes, you can get away with more boost on the alky. Throw in race gas, and you can push it even more as the higher octane fuel is less detonation prone.

It's going to be a balancing act between boost, timing, and a/f. Raise the boost, and you'll need to either lower timing or lower a/f, but it can be done. Whether you'll make more power is a different story.

Why not just leave it the way it is. I think that's enough power. But then again... it's never enough.

The answer is the amount of fuel he puts and also the tune.

You'll make more power... its not going to be an extreme jump like you would see when going from straight pump 93 to 116 leaded.

You would just have to make sure you have the supporting mods to handle what you would have to do to make the power (high cyl pressures)
