With these mods would it be safe to run Water/Alky inj?

Walbro 255 fuel pump
Forge UNOS MBC
Buschar Intake
Forge RS BOV
AMS LICP
RNR full 3” TB w/HKS Carbon TI Muffler/02 housing
HKS 272 intake/272 Exhaust cams

I also plan to get a custom tune. My question is what other supporting mods would you recommend to keep my engine safe?

As long as you get tuned, you should be OK. dont plug it in, and run it without a tune though. Good luck.

Upgraded intercooler, BPR 8es spark plugs, water wetter, Some good race gas, and your set. In the summer time running Mobil 1 15w 50 isn't a bad idea either, especialy if your doing highway pulls running high boost.

the water/alky will keep the car safe...if it is running. Do consider a fail-safe(pulls timing-cut boost to WG values) when there is a problem w/ the injection system. Aquamist DDS3 is a good fail-safe unit.
Also you might need something like a DLI II depending on your boost and injection mixture.
