100% vs. 50/50
Is there really any added benefit to running 100% meth versus a 50/50 mixture? I get meth relatively cheap (~$2.50/gal), so other than saving a little cash, is one better than the other?

If you use 100% methanol, better make sure your pump seals can handle it. Standard Viton seals do poorly in pure methanol so different grades (SnowP) are needed. SMC uses EPDM seals which do the best. Check with the kit manufacture to see if anhydrous methanol can be used.

I've read here on the board that you use (which is what i was looking for since I added 4 extra injectors to run methanol) is denatured alcohol....

I have an SMC kit and have been using 100% meth for the last month or so.
I have noticed that since I've been spryaing the meth, my wb o2 has done some funny things. For one reason or another, it likes to get stuck at 10.4 and then goes to 7.4 and stays there for about 30 seconds or so.
I read that meth doesn't always completely combust in the combustion chamber causing meth "droplets" to be sprayed out the exhaust causing some erratic readings with wb's and sometimes cracking the ceramic housings on them. Anyone know anything more about this?

Methyl alcohol does not deposit, it evaporates 100% immediately leaving behind whatever it picked up along the way, i.e., carbon, cranckcase ventilation sludge, leftover sealant, gloves, pump seals, reservoir (JK) or anything it comes in contact with and then deposits it perhaps on places like your sensor. I would estimate eventually it will all go out the tail pipe but if not other means perhaps.

99+% methanol is the best fluid you can use if maximum power from pump fuel is your goal.

No. Denatured alcohol is ethanol that is been purposefully contaminated with other compounds to render it unfit for drinking.
Methanol is better than pure ethanol in this application, much less denatured ethanol. Methanol is cheaper as well, and can be had in 55 gallon drums from any industrial chemical supplier for around $150 ($3/gal).

It all depends on what you are looking to get out of your system.
Water has a much higher latent heat of evaporation than methanol, and methanol than gasoline.
Water 970 Btu/lb
Methanol 472 Btu/lb
Gasoline 135 Btu/lb
If you are looking for more charge cooling, 50/50 is better. It is also safer to handle, store, etc. Of course, it is cheaper in the long run when mixed with water.
We have had lots of systems out for years with people running 100% meth with no issues, though we have had people run into some *installation* problems running 100% meth. It boils at about 150 degrees F so if your tank is in the engine bay and it is that temperature or warmer - you can EASILY get vaporlock in your system, and it can play havoc with the check valve built into the pumps. FYI.
