Thanks for the SNOW info i'll check into it!
go with a NON-PROGRESSIVE system and add the Aquamist DDS3. Nothing out there can touch this combo!

Yes.
I think the best way of running Alky is Shiv's new "lean protection" feature.

A quote from Shiv's post

1) Lean Run Protect
You define the leanest allowable on-boost AFR curve (5 RPM points) and decide how long it needs to be triggered for (0.5 sec is long enough to not induce false triggers caused by sensor lag) and let the XEDE do the rest. By "rest" I mean a sudden boost drop. If it still remains leaner than that threshold at the lower boost (say another 1 second), it'll do a hard fuel cut. The user can change the conditional logic (allowable time durations, actions, etc,.) This is critical for Methanol use where a pump failor or a jet clogging will destroy a motor in no time. Also good for protection in the case of fuel pump failure or anything else that could induce leanrun.

Plus either snows or aquamist failsafe. makes it a "safer" system.

Our Safe Injection upgrade actually measures fluid flow and if it drops below a preset level, it triggers an output that can be used to operate a wastegate solenoid/boost controller or ignition retard etc. on a standalone.

I am building a Shurflo based 100% methanol injection system for a friend, will be using a 15GPH - 945cc/min jet and considering using the SI-10 unit.

What happens when the injector has a partial clog or a pump that is semi-working and the flow of injectant falls in the range somewhere between (6GPH - 378cc/min) and (15GPH - 945cc/min)?
