anyone using 15gph nozzle
Is anyone on here using the 15gph nozzle?

I will only be using 54K ml/d (100psi rated) nozzle, equivalent to (I forget) GPH @ 100psi.
If your running at 200 psi the flow is a lot more than at like - 150 psi

Of course we use the 15gph with our kit to 445tq 400+whp (est 430whp). The more the merrier.

you gonna have to pull a bunch of fuel out for the m15. i believe i had to pull a little over 30% out of my fuel map.

That is about right depending on pump pressure.
Remember that meth requires much more volume than gasoline.

I have the 3 of them just in case. Stock SMC comes standard with the number # 7 and is more than plenty. If you have the supporting mods you can use the number #10 and that is more than plenty but if you want to go extreme and nuts go aheasd and get the 15.
With my mods the number # 10 is plenty for me. My suggestion is try number #10 before you go from #7 to #15.

Are you certain that '18gph' nozzle isn't actually an M15 nozzle with reported throughput at 150psi?
The only downside to using a large nozzle with a smaller turbo is if there should be a sudden failure of the methanol injection system. The resulting lean mixture may be enough to destroy the engine.

Hence the reason why BR and SMC went to the 7gph at the cost of some whp.
You never know how these kits will be used and abused (run dry, etc).

Used my M15 nozzle on a 2003 evo and now on my 2005. Works well, but pumps a lot of Alky through the system. I may downgrade to a smaller nozzle.
