SMC Kit not working all the time

Okay I drive my evo about 1-2 times every few weeks, when I 1st got this kit installed it worked fine, now it seems like I have to prime it a lot to get it working when I do not drive the car everyday. Is this normal? The problem I am having is the kit is not spraying at all unless I hold the test button down for 5+ seconds then it works untill I shut the car off, next time I get in the car the kit does not spray until I do this again. Any ideas?

If the system is not staying primed all the time you have a leak somewhere. I would start testing the system probably out of the car to find the leak. Do this with water only of course. You might have to leave it out to test for a few days even.

Interesting, I do not drive daily drive the car... sometimes a month. Do methanol get clog or whatsoever? Not good to let methanol sleep in the tank?
