So I was following the launch control installation instructions and got up to the point of attaching the clutch wire to PIN 1 of the black connector in the Xede. Guess what!! There's already a wire in there!! It's a blue one with a white stripe on it.. According to the wiring diagram in XMAP this is for boost in from the ECU.

Where should I put this wire and how do I add launch control?

Thanks

The red wire on the xede that you strip back and tie in the other wire to install firmware, what should the voltage read on my meter. I am unable to connect to the xede and it looks like the red wire should be at 12volts and I get a .5 volt with the ignition on. I might have shorted the red wire, so I looked at all the fuses 4 times everything is ok. Now if I start my car it runs, but no lights on exed. Please help!!!!!!
Any ideas ?

Man now it's my turn for the firmware loading prob . Is there any delay allowance for the software to upload. Seems to not even get a chance to load before I get the failured load crap and sends me to the help file. I going to try to load it manually copy/paste using the files on the C drive. Will that work also ?? Ended up using a different computer to load the firmware.

How about that nice copy & paste feature that was being worked on so we don't have to manually go thru & update all the entries...what happened to that?

you're right! I'm an idiot...I was looking for it all over last night, but couldn't find it. It took me 3 seconds to find it this morning. It must have been the bottle of wine I drank last night.
