Cancelled order with gruppe s
Hi,
I had order wedsports sa55m rims for $1500 shipped on august 19, 2010 I sent them a deposit of over 1200 as gift, as suggested by their previous employee Steven Tran. I sent The remaining balance of over 300 after a few months. I then had to cancel my Order because I had lost my job. I requested for a refund, and if not possible I will buy the rims, I understand that there is a no return policy. Steven managed to sell the rims quickly but never gave me my refund (because he could not reverse the paypal transaction since it was made months ago.)
My complaint: I have been sending a request for my refund for the past months. I do not get any sufficient response. Admins please look into this matter.

By sending it as a 'gift' you forfeit a lot of your rights under paypal's dispute resolution system.
I got burned through paypal once before and no longer use them. Credit cards, and even paper checks provide you with far greater protection for purchases by creating a clear paper trail.
Hopefully gruppe-s will take care of you. But it sounds like they have been ducking your calls for a few months and likely wont step up to the plate any time soon.
Next step is legal counsel.
Best of luck.

I have all paypal info. I am willing to pay the transfer fees too. I paid the gift transfer fees while sending and am willing to take w.e transfer fees for the return. I would either prefer a return or at least my damn rims... I'm sure gruppe s will resolve this, I wish steven was still there because the other guys can't even find my order...they stopped responding to pms that's why I had to contact the Admins like this. I think 6-8 months is enough time for a return... Or fulfillment of the order

Awesome! Thanks Gruppe -S!. Also if you want, for your convenience, I am willing to contact Steven too if you provide me with sufficient contact info, such as his e-mail. And I asked for an e-mail for anyone person willing to handle this request, so I can forward him all e-mails/paypal info, so you may have more proof.

I dont want this to be a bashing thread. To be honest, I received good service from Steven Tran, I dont know where these other reps came from, but I wish Steven was still there. He never solved my problem, but he still gave me 'hope'. Still waiting on the issue to be resolved.

I'm curious why you didn't run everything through a credit card?
Personally paypal is the last place I would want to deal with any transaction claim. GL with getting resolved.
GL getting your case resolved. Did you send the money to some weird personal account or their official paypal account?

official gruppe-s paypal account.
unfortunately, all the 'secure stuff' in paypal is difficult to come around. Usually I only need 1 call to visa to get all money back (well since it's a credit card, you dont send the $ in the first place.) paypal is security for the seller. And also now many do not really care/protect anyone who transfers $ as gift, so another warning, don't transfer $ as a gift....vendors (as merchants) are obligated to take that on their part. I was just trying to be nice, but it bit me in the butt...
