I'm not trying to start anything but you would with no doubt be able to feel the difference between the twin disk and the stock clutch so their should be no question about which clutch is in the car.

and yes they said that the floater plate was messed up a little so they replaced it for me at my cost. They never mentioned any problems with the discs and what not.

And also i just talked to the shop today finally after calling again 3 times today i cant bring my car to the shop till tuesday.

Also i know the people are nice at dog box but honestly idc how busy it is completely unacceptable for them to simply not return my phone call after dropping over $3500 at thier shop. IM not blaming them saying its thier fault, im just saying that the customer service is damn near horrible.

Also when Dog box did install my exedy twin on my 6speed last year.... they forgot to put one of my motor mounts back. i found that out the hard way after getting my car on the lift for an oil change 3 months later.

How the hell do you forget a motor mount lol?

I agree with skylineracer, I don't care who you are. Something is half asses if your car leaves the shop missing a motor mount.

Good luck with getting it handled.

Does the clutch make a little noise when the pedal is pressed in? If so, it's probably a twin disc.

Don't always think a shop is ducking you. When we're running the dyno we can't always hear the phone, and sometimes you're just too busy with a project to stop and deal with other things. We have 4 race cars going to VIR tonight and we've put all other work aside for the entire week to get them ready. So sometimes it's just a priority thing.

Give them a chance, which it seems like you've been doing, and see if they can resolve the issue.

Not saying you are, but too often people blame shops and assume the worse.

Just my $.02

Cory

Is the inspection plug metal or rubber? I think im missing mine.

I also had my transmission rebuilt by dogbox racing. Ive gone 10k with it, without issues.
