Thumbs down Do not buy HKS intercoolers !!!
We got an HKS intercoler kit in April 2009 from MAPerformance. This is the result with out abusing the car.

It didn't hold just 2,2 bars!!!... Now is leaking from somewhere!...

Due to I'm an international costumer warranty will be a just a waste of time an money.

What other intercooler would you recomend? rated for 700 -900 whp?

Wow i guess you paid a good fortune for the name. I would recommend Buschur intercoolers

holy balloon effect! I've never seen an HKS intercooler do this.

You've got several proven choses for that power. AMS, Buschur amongst others.

That sucks. Ams, Buschur, Ets, etc. They are all good intercoolers.

How did the fins got crumbled like that without some sort of impact?

Ouch. I would reccomend the AMS race FMIC, buschur race fmic, or an ETS. Those seem to be the top ones on the market which have been designed, tested, and retested for powerful and reliable performance.

Not abusing the car?? That intercooler looks beat to hell. You have to drive around road obstructions, not into them.

Basically the crushing of the fins were due to bigger size of the first 3 cells.
