In regards to pricing we are cheaper than two of the other three O2 dumps on the market at this time, making a quality piece like this simply takes time. Potential customers will have to make a decision between our marginally higher price or rusty mild steel flanges, lower intercooler pipe fitment issues, and airflow "obstacles" (pictured below) that are found on the lower cost options...

Nolimit owned EPM, however Q @ epm is now owns EPM outright and is not a sister company of Nolimit. Nolimit is the company that has shut down business.

I have a few questions.
What size are the pipes?
Are gaskets both for the turbo side and the down pipe side included?
Are bolts included?
Will this bolt up to a 3" TurboXS Down Pipe? (which uses a donut flange so it bolts up to the stock O2 housing, not a flat flange).
And will this definitely work with the ETS Version 2 LICP?
Once I know these answers I'll be happy to place an order
Thanks

He does it many different ways, depending on if he is making a downpipe or o2 housing determines his style of welding.
The O2 housings and downpipes are both cleaned with scotchbrite and chemically cleaned.
O2 housings have no fuse welds on them at all.
The fuse weld picture was for a special request MVS downpipe for a very popular member on here, per request.

Not to stir the pot, but by the pics of the welds, there seems to be alot of impurities burning off at the weld sites, and I can't see where he scuffed anything up with a scotchbrite...

Wanted to answer these where everyone can see them as well:
- 2.5" tubing to avoid the issue pictured here.
- Stainless steel turbo to downpipe gasket is included, retains use of stock donut gasket to downpipe. No hardware is included as OEM can be reused.
- It will bolt up to any stock location downpipe.
- It should work with any LICP on the market, again if it doesn't fit (we have yet to have any issues) we will refund you 100%!

Only one person has reported boost creep issues under 400hp, and he fixed it like he stated above.
Only one other person had boost creep issues, we switched him out to a MVS downpipe and all his creep issues were solved. He was making 470whp, and now is making ~500. He is a doing some hush hush work with another company right now so he will be posting all his info here soon.
We have NY Evolutionary with his results as well (23whp If I remember correctly) by switching from his 3" downpipe / O2 housing combo to our o2 eliminator.
|
Boost creep will come from having a o2 dump that does not match the shape of the fp red wastegate side, the weird shape that is much larger than a tube from any 02 dump ive seen on the market, and a o2 dump that does not have a large enough exhaust exit for the wastegate gases. I also wonder what happens with that one guy with boost creep, when he goes to accelerate from 3rd gear cruising or any other gear higher than 3rd. I know what im talking about from experience!!

Am I to safely assume that I cannot use the external wastegate in conjunction with this, right? I'm sorry if this has already been asked but time here in Iraq doesn't allow me to read through every single post. Thanks.

I'm sure we can do an external wastegate setup on it. It will just be a tight fit for sure. I'll have the fabricators look into it today and see if we have room for an MVS.
