Cats that would makes them 50 state legal for 03-05 Evo 8's and 49 state legal for 06-07 Evo 9's! Once the cats for the evo 8's are completed we will begin the certification process to bring everyone a 50 state legal evo 9 cat as well!

and making something 50 state legal involves getting a CARB number...and CARB stands for California Air Resources Board.
so evo 8's will be 50 state legal out of the box, 9's soon to come
