The noise can be comming from many different things, the filming in the oil helps minimize noise, a good oil will help with this.

if the oil you are using its not keeping its film capabilties then after warm you might get some rattling noise.

like i said i would look into the mechanical aspects of the tranny before pointing at any oil, now with that being said make sure you put good quality oil in your multi thousand dollar investment.

as far as the temp, the oil is well qualified for cold and hot temps and the score rating on the MTG is way better than most out there.
