Q... I am not stabbing at you, or your product, just making some suggestions as you will be starting fresh once the new shop is open....
1. Use stainless flanges and piping not mild steel
2. Open up the wastegate flapper section of the flange to prevent creep issues.
3. Get a .dxf made and procure a gasket to actually use with it instead of copper spray gasket...
4. Step up the quality control, and make sure each dump that leaves would be sufficient enough that you would put it on your own vehicle
5. Take your time porting them after fabrication!

KevinD just installed mine last week. It wasn't an easy install by any means, fitment is tight, very tight. We ended up having to loosen the a/c compressor, remove the radiator, and finally remove the hotside. The install actually took longer than the 60k mile service almost because we were trying to make it work. It could probably be done with removing the radiator and hotside (easiest way). The dump tube rests against the very bottom of the radiator and it is LOUD. My biggest complaint is the inside of the flange on the turboside doesn't match the quality of the outside welds but the piece is solid...and loud

Anyone know where to get a regular "non copper spray" gasket for the epm units?

Yep fitment is tight, very tight. It touches stock piping, definitely wont work with ETS v.1 LICP..so I had to use my Nisei Piping and there is maybe half inch clearance between the two pieces, so ill have to thermal wrap the dump.
Install is a ***** with the radiator in, so might as well take the entire turbo assembly out and go that route or youll have gray hairs trying to remove those two rear bolts on the 02 housing side...pain in the dick.

So where can I get an EPM O2 Dump? I went to the No Limit Motorsports website and it has a dead end link.

EPM's new shop is very close to being completed. We should be back up and operating very soon. I'm picking up our new TIG welder today with some other equipment.

i think the guys saying there is not alot of room to install have stated the over obvious and so will be a pain no matter who's dump is getting fitted.
Q. can you comment on the top post about mild steel use flanges?

EPM is developing our next generation O2 Dump. We are very busy with some custom work right now but have ever intention of developing a new O2 Dump for the Evo. I prefer Mild Steel flanges, they don't warp nearly as bad as do stainless flanges. Stainless when heat treated wants to warp badly. Also stainless steel will rust and corrode so IMHO there is no need for it on exhaust flanges. Mild steel works better and we have shown that in our experience.
EPM is staying very busy, getting back into development of a few products that we are sure to be big hits with the Evo community. When the time is right we will go public with what we have come up with. Currently we have just turned over a customers Evo where our performance mods took nearly 2 seconds off his 1/4 mile times. We have 2 Evos in the shop right now working on finishing up a turbo manifold, and a host of performance upgrades. We also have a TA car that we are building a cage for.
Stay tuned for an announcement...soon...on the new EPM O2 Dump. can you say bigger, better, and Very Different.

Do you have any date plan when you are going to try and release the new o2 dump?
