in your dyno comparisons are you comparing a fully stock exhaust to a fully stock exhaust with this replacing the O2 housing or have other parts been changed/added before testing?

Our "original" Test Mule is a 06 Evo MR, with mods
Helix V2 Down Pipe
Ultimate Racing Test Pipe
Greddy Titanium Racing type cat back exhaust
K&N Thyphoon Intake
Greddy Profec B spec II Electronic Boost Controller set at 24 lbs
Running on 93 octane
All baseline data was saved and subsequent runs/logs were ran with No additional Mods with the same Fuel mixture, and also weather correction was taken into account. We tired to be very honest and totally upfront with no hiden issues with our O2 Dump.
I hope this answers your concerns, if you have any other questions feel free to just ask.
Keep those pre-orders coming the list grows by the minute.

Street Tuners mentioned the mods on the vehicle.
The logs were taken on different days as the baseline was recorded just before the first prototype was tested. Logs were recorded in the same location and in 3rd gear. We used a landmark by the road to start pulls for consistency.
The logs do reflect tuning for the part. I personally tuned the test vehicle for the baseline logs and the comparison logs. Boost and AFR values were tuned slightly for consistency and to compensate for slight weather differences so we could get an accurate comparison. Timing was advanced 1º where the tune allowed after installing the O2 dump. This was done to show an accurate tuned vs tuned comparison of the O2 dump vs the stock part. In all honesty, the timing changes didn't affect the power levels more than 2 or 3 hp/tq in those few places.
The comparisons shown are SAE corrected for temp, humidity and barometric pressure for both the baseline and comparison runs. Weather data was based on the most recent data from Weather Underground.
EDIT :: Forgot to mention other compensations. Both the baseline and comparison were calculated using 3200lb as the base weight of the vehicle and 310lb as vehicle contents. Both pulls were done with Q and I in the vehicle. Correct tire size (255/40/17) was also calculated for both pulls.

Im so glad someone finally bucked up and started making these things...It just plain makes sense...better boost controll, better flow for the exhaust gas comming out of the turbine housing, lower EGTS, ect.

Also, I know you guys are going to be spitting these things out soon. I would try to make the end pipe (where the housing bolts up to the DP) as big as possible...The Invidia housing is nearly 3 inches at that point.

On a completely stock car you should see gains without tuning.
This part reduces backpressure, plain and simple. This is the same reason you see gains after installing a larger diameter exhaust or test pipe. So, just like an exhaust, more power potential will be found with tuning.

Our Exhaust(side of the O2 Housing) is a 3 inch pipe. it does have to neck down to 2.5 inches for the downpipe. All downpipes mate up to the housing at 2.5 inches, to be able to use the stock donut gasket (which we feel is very need to compensate for engine movement), but we have made both of our piping as big as will fit in that tight space, that's why we saw the numbers that we did when we tested it. Our Wastegate side is 2 inches which is more than adequate.
Keep these comments coming.
And that Pre-Order List keeps growing, thanks to everyone that has PM'd me with your Info. I'm glad I started the list now....lol....lots of people want our O2Dump.....
