I still think the manifold looked kinda crappy.

Where did you get your heatwrap from?

Got heat wrap from a local shop. Well my car is tuned and it is fun to drive. It did get a little bit louder but it mainly due to the open dump on the wastgate. I did have some issues. The oil return line had a leak in it, but that was fixed and the licp kept blowing off. I got a longer coupler for it and now it's fine.

My 1000cc PTE injectors were not working with the utec, but was perfect with an AEM EMS. Mark tried everything to get them to work. He called Nathan at TurboXS and nothing he recommended worked either. Luckily my buddy swapped me out my BR 680's and cash for his AMS 780's.

My observations about the kit:
Exhaust tone is a lot different. It is a great spooling turbo on the stock 2.0L. The tune mark gave me on the utec is smooth, great driveability. Some may consider it laggy but I had a turbocharged integra and it spools about the same. I have 2 maps, one pump gas tune running 22psi and a race gas map running 30psi. My cousin that has a civic(ls/vtec, T66, Halltech) runs 11.80's@117 ran me several times over the weekend and I put buslengths on him. We even went from a 60 roll in which I downshifted to 4th and him to 3rd and I walked all over him. Guess it's my payback for all the times he put a hurtin on me on the stock turbo.

The manifold makes great power and fits/looks great too. I have a Shearer Manifold on my 1G and my collector looks just like Wricks. On a GT35R and a 2.0L my car made 668awhp/545ft-lbs. Maybe those teeth marks help make more power.

any dyno numbers? also, seems like the 50trim and 3076r produce similar numbers, which is the better choice?

No dyno numbers. It was street tuned by Mark. I prefer street tunes anyways. It prolly won't see a dyno anytime soon. I'm just waiting for the track to open up again so I can get some times. MPH is a better way to compare numbers than dynos in my opinion. I'll keep you guys updated. And if there are anymore questions shoot me a PM.

Before I bought my kit Tampa Turbo and Woodside answered all my questions as well and they helped me decide on this kit. I'm glad I did.

The turbo spins so freely too. After the cars shuts off I can still hear the turbo spinning for over a minute. I have witnesses....lol

LOL, I still owe you a ride. It's on my pump gas map and 22lbs right now, but she still pulls pretty good. God I love the race gas map and 30lbs of boost.

To me there are too many variables that can go wrong(low flow, pump failure, clog in the line, etc etc) and I do not want to risk it. I understand that with my utec I can have it trigger the utec to switch over to a safer map if something happens, but I chose not to do that.

I would rather have a race gas map to give me the piece of mind. I don't mind filling the car up with race gas, switching maps, and turning up the boost on weekends

Thanks man, it was fun. I had some of the guys over and it was a good time. Thanks again to my friends Barry(bpclements), Chris(Evolving-04), Ryan(EVO RYAN), and Larry for all the help. Thanks to TT for everything too. Ron Shearer and Keith were there to answer questions as well. May be making a trip to Jersey for a lil sumthin-sumthin next yr ;-)

I love working on my car, there is a sense of satisfaction when it all comes together.
