utec shuts car off?

so i just bought a used utec unit. installed it and everything. i set it up witht eh turbo xs stage II map. and it idles fine and everything. but when it gets above 1psi or so for boost it shuts the car right off. not like a limiter it literaly feels like i have **** the car down. all im running on the car is a MBC wich for some reason i feel like it has to do with this becasue it is trying to controll the factory boost solenoid? also i have a turbo back k and n intake and thats it. any help would be great thanks guys.
