So I'm finally getting around to looking into the transition issues I'm having with the utec. I've always had the same issues and it seems to have gotten worse since last year. Then again I only have 1K miles since then so it may just be in my head. Then again I have stopped using the stock BC to control boost and went with a MBC.
It seems that as the motor warms up these issues become smaller, but still exist. I only have issues under minimal load, as soon as I get > ~10% throttle the issues dissapear. Additionally AFR's skyrocket as soon as this happens.

Compression: 180 psi across the board
Spark plugs: ngk bpr7es - .025 gap < 2 miles on new plugs.
