Possible transition issues?

So I'm finally getting around to looking into the transition issues I'm having with the utec. I've always had the same issues and it seems to have gotten worse since last year. Then again I only have 1K miles since then so it may just be in my head. Then again I have stopped using the stock BC to control boost and went with a MBC.

It seems that as the motor warms up these issues become smaller, but still exist. I only have issues under minimal load, as soon as I get > ~10% throttle the issues dissapear. Additionally AFR's skyrocket as soon as this happens.

Edit:

Compression: 180 psi across the board
Spark plugs: ngk bpr7es - .025 gap < 2 miles on new plugs.

I am sure it has to do with transition. Try to make your 10% load site to "ECU" for now and see if it helps.
One mor ething to check. If you have the logger, try to see if your fuel trim is in a reasonable range... +/-10

Bjai02: thanks for your response.

So I bought evoscan and did some logging & have changed my injector scaling a bit on my 780's. I'm down to 590 right now. I also ecu'd out my timing map to get that out of the way. So now i'm back to where I used to be, if the car is warm it doesn't do it but once in a great while but while cold it's still an issue.

WOT is solid though, or was before I started dinking with the injectors.

I tried to end each log just after my issue occurred, kind of unclear really on how to read the ST LT trims though.
