The hosting city will be the same as the first East Coast meet. In VA Beach. Hince the reason why this is in the South East region. Although this is meant for the WHOLE East Coast. We really don't care where you are from. We had people from Florida to Connecticut last year. Would like to extend the invitation out past the east coast to basically the whole U.S. Just based on who wants to make this meet.

This meet is for all Misubishi's, DSM to new school to even imports.

Friday July 15th:
4pm - check into your hotels.

5pm - Initial meetup.
-- Location: Lynn Haven Mall, Virginia Beach, VA. We will meet at the back lot by the Macy's next to the indoor cart area.

8pm - grab some food somewhere. Then possibly hit up a bar.

Saturday July 16th:
11am - ECMM meet up.
-- 2 of us will be there early around 10-1030 to set up and so you know where we are.
-- Meet and Greet at the Lynn Haven Mall Lot, same location as Friday Night
-- Should bring a lunch or there is a food court in the mall and plenty of other restaurants.
-- 2pm judging starts for 2011 ECMM awards.
-- 4pm awards presentation. After this we can split or hang around. If it's nice we can all hit the beach.
-- 9pm LT's night out! This is going to be top secret and probably a 21+ event (sorry). More details to come.

Sunday July 17th:
You've meet a few ppl. Just hang out for breakfast or lunch then everyone will be on their way

For those of you that are coming from out of town make sure you do your basic checks for things:
Oil, tires, windshield wiper blades, phones charged or car charger, food, cameras,...you know the basic fundamental things. If you are coming from out of town just send me a pm and i will give you my cell phone number if you are unfamiliar with the area or are uncertain of the time for things.

How about you VA Beach ppl? It most likely doesnt make a difference considering you guys will already be there and dont have to make plans to take time off work. Although the votes would be much appreciated. If some of you know you are definetly going to make it I can start a list up now. But its not til another 6-7 months and plans do change.
