Capitalized letters not working

Sometimes when I post, the letters all show up as lowercase regardless of what I type, and it also screws up some of the symbols that are made by holding shift and another key. It is intermittent, but happens every couple days. Didn't see another thread about it

It's the cap filter. If you start a thread with a word in all caps, it'll automatically lowercase it. This also means that you can't post

as the first thing in your post. It's to keep people from making very, very annoying all-caps posts.
