New rule suggestion

Ok I was just over on clubrsx.com scanning the forums, when all of a sudden a virus hit, except this virus was of the human kind. Guess some racist b*tch decided to start threads that provided links to her racist websites all over the forums. Really annoying! In response, clubrsx.com has recently installed a new rule in which you cannot start ANY thread until you have atleast 50 posts under your belt. I believe a similiar rule would be effective on evom.net. Also I would love to see a new rule, where a newbie cannot post outside of the newbie forums until they have atleast been a member of the forums for a month or more. Not trying to hate on the newbies, but I would hate to see something like what happend over there, happend over here. It just provided an example of how vunerable these sites can be. Besides newbies ask dumb ass questions anyways that can be answered if they just took the time to do a little forum searching. I think this would be better for evom.net in the long run. What do you guys think?

We're fine where we are. How rarely does a "racist *****" comes up in here and starts chaos? If it does in fact ever happen, it's just one press of a button and all of the remnants of that user is gone (threads, posts, etc...). No sweat. Big deal, so what, they come here to start chaos, enjoy their little time, then we come in and sweep/vanquish whatever **** they caused. Yay.

If that's how clubrsx.com deals with things, leave them be. We have a firm grip here.

About the newbies, yes they can be annoying sometimes, but it's tolerable. I see no growing need for any new restrictions to be put in place.

EDIT: Basically, any "racist *****" that comes in and causes chaos can easily be countered. There's no need to place a demanding restriction when it can be so easily "doused", so to speak. If the problem becomes overwhelming (which I highly doubt), then yes we'll think about installing a clause that will alleviate the supposed problem, but for now, doesn't seem likely.

Moderators do a good enough job keeping trolls like that off of here (I know I did). No need to go adding restrictions to a site that is well run.
