Biggest event ever - 9/11/04 STI & WRX vs. EVO - the Ultimate Showdown - Englishtown!
1st Annual Exedy Clutch - Evo-NY / SQC EVO vs. WRX/STI Shootout
Great news guys - I have been plugging away for amost a year to organize a show down between the STI/WRX and the Evo
Finally my prayers have been answered
We have seen the rivalry between the STI and EVO for years in Japan - now the two ultimate cars can face off to see who is the true champion of the track !
SEPTEMBER 11, 2004 - Raceway Park - Englishtown, NJ
GATES OPEN 9:00 a.m. - eliminations and brackets - 2:00 p.m.
Raceway Park has agreed to give us a Saturday with some great STI / WRX vs. EVO drag racing action
There will be two classes - all limited to street driven vehicles on DOT approved tires
Bracket Class - one lane for the Subarus and one for the Evos
Heads Up Class - field of 8 cars - elimination style
Already we have some amazing prizes
Winner in EACH class will recieve a Exedy Twin Disc Clutch
Runner up in each class will recieve a Exedy Hyper Single Clutch
Thanks to BUSCHUR RACING - The Fastest Subaru of the day will receive a Buschur WRX exhuast system and the Fastest Evo of the day will recieve a Buschur Evo exhuast system (please note Fastest car of the day = the car with the lowest E.T. time slip- NOT the car which wins its class)
There will be many other prizes and sponsors added in the next few days
PLUS - the bragging rights of all time to see which car is truly the meanest machine on wheels ?????? !!!!!!!

Willie and representaives from the Evo-Ny crew and SQC shall be the sole judges of who wins the best appearing prizes

It's on now! Looks like I need cams and maybe that NX intercooler spray so I can keep up with you guys. If I can have my car ready, I will definitely be racing.

Alreay a twin disk $1300 clutch is a nice prize to walk away with - AND - IF I have anything to say about it an Evo will be taking it !

please!!!!!!! im all over this, and me and my bro huscroft6......could you imagine an event liek this without evo8power!!!!!! lets go boys, aem ems tunned by Al himself will be added to my modds list before then....my 2 buddist with their STI's are comming as well, i got 4 of us right here!!! get ready to surender, as long as i learn how to drive by then.....
