I have for sale a nearly brand new set of F/R Carbotech XP8 brake pads. I used them on the street for about 100 miles or so after the proper bed-in procedure was followed. I'm selling because I need something less aggressive for the street.

How were these on the street noise wise? Horrible screetching at the slightest brake application, or only occasional squeeks? How was the bite cold/hot as well?

There is some noise with these pads...but it's not nearly as bad as the CL6 pads I have. These make a screech right before the car reaches a full stop, but not every time. The cold bite was great. I cannot comment on their hot/track performance as they were only on the car for bed-in process and a few miles after. It was not too difficult to lock up older StarSpecs.
