Hi, these will clear the brakes with ease. You would most likely need some fender rolling to avoid rubbing, buy the tires have a very mild stretch which helps with clearance

Selling the rims alone would be a last resort, but it looks like there is quite a bit of interest in them. Im certain that they will go as a complete set. Also, I would have to drop the price too much and I will be stuck with tires that I don't need.
