subaru designers are on crack, and probably did not have the largest market in the world (US) in mind when designing this car. It doesnt look aggressive, or even close to sporty. it may perform well, but the looks are just so plain and boring.

The rear looks almost exactly like the lexus RX350....especially pic #4. Maybe it is just the light configuration, but that was the thought I had at first glance.

like it, but I think the main problem with this sti is that fact that it says STI! If this was another fast hatch I think more people would fall in love with this thing. I wish they just had this as an optional sti, and still had the sedan version out. oh well, to me, comparing the new X with the new STI ....... X goes for they WIN in my eyes. can't wait till they both hit the streets and battle it out to see whose going for gold next YEAR as far as performance.

True. It looks very plain, sorta like something Kia or Saturn would make.. On the other hand it would make a good low-key sleeper for daily driving. Debadged, re-grilled, smoked tails. Still, Evo X FTMFW as far as I'm concerned.

I actually like the exterior styling. Def different and not a bad looking car. BUT....
Look at the first interior shot......look how the line of the dash curves to the center....
Didn't know they were mixing the styling of the B9 Tribecca and the Sti.......
