These are a great way to dress up the rear of your car and prevent your bumper being discolored from a hot burning or rich burning exhaust. Unlike other exhaust heat shields for the Evo, the Carbign Craft shield is made of vacuumed formed dry carbon fiber which allows for perfect factory fitment. Coated with a heat resistant epoxy coating, the heat shields will reduce fading effects from UV rays and hot exhaust fumes.

Included with every Carbign Craft Carbon Fiber Rear Bumper Heat Shield are 7 Allen Key Bolts that help secure the heat shield to the factory bumper.

The piece is not predrilled so you can choose your location of allen bolts. Part will fit all 03+ Evolutions VIII and IX with the stock rear bumper.

The fitment of these is so good, you really don't need to drill on any vertical part of the bumper. I just have two holes under the bumper and it holds and fits perfect/flush
