The Tanabes are a good bit stiffer than the stockers at 245F/318R (lb/in) compared to the stock 200F/270R. But if you want a spring that is more performance oriented go with Swift or Espelir GT. BTW, I know that Tanabes have a 1.5in drop in the front and 1.0in the rear.
