***ECUFlash Now For Base Lancers!***
Well, I've finally found some excellent help in disecting the base Lancer ROM and extracting our maps and coming up with the proper definitions. So far it looks great! Looks like all the base Lancers, Turbocharged and N/A alike can start using this incredible software. Obviously, you need to know what you are doing before you go and start messing with values. You can also have a professional tune/flash your car now! The definitions are in the final review stage, but here are what my base maps look like. This is from my unflashed, OEM, straight from factory ECU:
You can see the huge potential for power. I can't wait to tune my turbo finally and really release the beast!
EDIT:
Okay, after testing it out, this definition file seems to work for me. ECUFlash comes with two definitions for a 2002 Lancer and a 2004 Lancer, which may work for you if you have one of those, but for my 2003 nothing worked. So I needed a new definition file. This is the file you need:
Download 2003 Lancer OZ Rally Definition File (updated 4/24/07)
This is a ZIP file. You can unpack it using software such as WinZIP or 7-Zip. There are two files: the new definition file and the instructions on how to load the new def file. Enjoy!
Here is a great tutorial on how to use ECUFlash: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=201146
As with anything that isn't factory installed, or installed by a trained professional, you use this software and all supporting files and documents at YOUR OWN RISK! Altering your ECU maps and settings can potentially cause catastrophic engine damage and will surely void your warranty Please be safe and tune responsibly

You can read about it/download it here for free: http://openecu.org/index.php?title=EcuFlash
This is the program, but this is with the older definitions which don't support the 2003 Lancer OZs yet. The correct definition file is being finalized. However, if you have a 2002, it may work for your car as there are 2 choices of defs for the 02s.
Here is everything you can adjust so far:

I've been studying about this software all summer and bought the cable when it was first released back in May!
After my first, and very pathetic dyno run on my untuned turbo kit, I was about to buy an SAFC2 or eManage to tune it and I finally met someone who was able to get the right definitions for my ECU ROM. Now I can finally get rid of my knock and lean out my AFRs, which are currently buried at less than 10.0 thanks to the Vortech 12:1 FMU and Walbro 255 I've got.

Do you know if the Lance ES will be tuneable with this software and cable.
Z: have you gotten your idle to smooth out?

The ES will be tunable as well. I haven't started changing values yet as I am still learning about how to correct for knock and I'm having some experts looks at some of my logs and see what they suggest.
However, now that I have access to have those adjustable features, I plan on putting in the upgraded injectors (which I can now tune for using the "Injector Scaling" factor as well as remove the MAF restrictor plate and allow for boost of 9-10 PSI. 250 WHP here I come!
