F/S AMS Cat-Back 350+Shipping

Do not sell/buy to wilium14pb!
In August I sold him the exhaust under this thread. The agreed price was 375 Shipped for the AMS Cat-Back System.
I was to ship the item on August 29th. The item was going to take 6-7 days to be delivered to his address. Once I communicated this to the buyer, he explained how he had an appointment setup for his shop to install it over the weekend. I offered the solution of shipping it via 3-day express. The only stipulation would be that he send me the extra funds to cover the expense of shipping the exhaust faster.
I went to UPS after work and printed off the shipping lable, which was 37 dollars more than the oringial quoted price for ground shipping. After shipping and confirming the package would be delivered on thursday August 31st.
The package was delivered on time, and now two weeks later this buyer still has not paid me my 37 dollars. Thanks for the scam!

He claimed he had deposited a check so he couldnt immediately get me the money on time, thus negating the rush on shipping
