Brand new for 2006, our latest knobs feature a 100% aluminum construction with a 46mm diameter - perfect for USDM hands! Counterweighted for nice, crisp shifts, these knobs also feature either a black or silver anodized finish.




Also, we've finally been able to fit the Titanium Bulb Type knob to the Evo! What needs to be done is to remove the grommet at the end of the shift boot...

The "ball type" will work just fine with the MR's reverse lock-out mechanism. Keep in mind though that you will have to destroy your stock knob to get it off

Then again, I'm sure you already knew that

Are the aaluminum knobs the same price as titanium? Does the v Sti type ball work on the Evo? Pics?

Does titanium have a problem heating up when the car is park in the hot sun? I have a metal ball that is scorching to touch when expose to hot weather.

The aluminum knobs are $40 shipped. The v STi type will NOT work on the Evo becuse it is the wrong thread pitch. The Evo thread pitch is 10x1.25 and the v Sti knobs are only in 12x1.25 - the correct pitch for the STi.

Brian,

The thread pitch on the Supra is 12x1.25. Every knob that I posted above will work on the MkIV

It does get hot but it's not too bad. Ti tends to dissapate heat faster than other materials.
