Yes this is turbine housing, not xxx not the o2 housing.

The turbine housing is the part that actually houses the turbine wheel, this part is connected to the exhaust manifold and the O2 housing. Let me find a pic and I will show you...

Edit, here are the pics:



In this pic, the Turbine Housing is in the blue square, you can see it is actually part of the turbo. The bottom arrow points to where the housing connects to the manifold, the top arrow points to where the turbine housing connects to the O2 housing.



In this pic, the O2 Housing is in the blue square, you can see it is not part of the turbo. The left arrow points to where the O2 housing connects to the Turbine Housing, the right arrow points to where the O2 housing connects to the downpipe.

The 10.5 Turbine Housing has a larger diameter exit for the exhaust gases to get into the O2 housing, allowing better flow. This is an OEM part that was upgraded on all 05 and up Evos and was available on select JDM Evos earlier than this.
